About the Holiday Houses
Le Manoir du Bourg is the perfect destination for large group bookings wishing to hire the entire complex. Alternatively, each of the 3 houses/gites can be hired individually for smaller groups as each property is fully self-contained, along with their own outdoor dining space.

. The house "Le Pigeonnier" sleeps up to 4 persons (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
. The house "Le Puits" sleeps up to 6 persons (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms)
. The house "Le Manoir" sleeps up to 12 persons (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms)
i.e. when privatized, the whole property "Manoir du Bourg" can sleep 22 persons

Each house has its own spacious living area which is ideal for larger families or groups of friends that allow the perfect balance for a multi-generational holiday. Whether it’s a cosy corner to dive into a good book or a comfy sofa to grab a movie in front of the open fire, there is something for everyone.
The large, light and airy bedrooms are elegantly appointed with French antique furniture and modern appliances that all feature stunning views of the beautiful gardens and rolling countryside…all of which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your pillow.
Regarding the outdoor facilities, one of Le Manoir du Bourg’s key features is the spectacular enclosed heated swimming pool area boasting the truly magnificent backdrop of the Église Saint-Hélen church. Around the pool area is a large modern sun terrace complete with a brand new 6 places hot tub / SPA. Also a stunning covered gazebo, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a delightful wildflower garden that surrounds the pool that attracts bees and butterflies where you can lounge and unwind feeling immersed by nature. By night the whole area is illuminated that created a wonderful and magical ambience for entertaining under the stars. You can also enjoy the cosy warmth of the firepit.
About the Bed & Breakfasts and dinners​

From October to March, the house le Manoir welcomes couples, families stopovers and professionnal travelers looking for an authentic and restful cocoon in 4 spacious en-suite rooms (each with bathroom and toilets), adressing different possible configurations from 1 to 5 persons, from one night and more.

Let yourself be carried away and lulled by the sweet names of the Celtic fairies that our rooms have:

. Ensuite Ysmae (1-2 persons), 1 extra cot possible
. Ensuite Zefir (1-2 persons)
. Ensuite Lithia (1-3 persons), 1 extra cot possible
On top floor (with air conditioning) :
. Familial suite Alfyme can sleep 1-5 persons : 1 to 3 persons in the large bedroom + if needed 1 to 2 extra persons can sleep in the adjacent bedroom, both bedrooms sharing the same private large bathroom .
Bedlinen and bathtowels are provided.
A hearty homemade continental breakfast is included in the price of the room.
Each room has its own decoration style, while keeping the authenticity and the spirit of the house, with the originql beams, wood floor, indoor wood shutters, stones walls.

Part of the shared areas, the kitchen and the lounge are at the disposal of our guests. The breakfast is served for all guests at the rustic oak table in the kitchen. Some courtesy drinks (coffee, tea) and cakes will be offered in the kitchen.
As your host Laure is also a cook chef, you might enjoy having , like at home, without the need of taking the car again, a nice gastronomic dinner made of local and seasonal ingredients. This should be booked when booking your room. The dinner is then served at the main table of the manor kitchen, to all guests having chosen this option. Nice atmosphere guaranteed !
The lounge, with its authentic beams, stones wall, its huge opened chimney and its confortable leather sofas and armchairs offers a very pleasant place where you will be enjoying some moments of reading, hearing music, or gaming before the dinner will be served. A smart TV will allow you to watch your favourite film or serie. A selection of DVDs (including many ones for kids) are also available in the house.

Outside, you also might enjoy the garden with its tables and chairs, the billiard pool / tennis table / darts area, as well as our outdoor hot tub, which you can book by hour slots (with extra charge, including the loan of a bathrobe).
To complete the relaxing experience of the hot tub, we can also arrange for you a massage session.
For the most sportive ones, a tennis court is also available 50m away from our property. The forest of Coetquen is 10 minutes away by walking and offers possibilities for runners and trekkers. We can also arrange the delivery of bikes/e-bikes to our property, so that you can start for a ride directly from the property.
In addition to all this, many flyers about various activities and restaurants, as well as trekking/hiking maps are at disposal in the house, and Laure is definitely the host you schould not hesitate to ask for help in arranging/booking any activity you would like to do during your stay.
